Assalamualaikum. Hmm actually tak ada idea nak tulis apa. Just nak inform, that I've already start my diet since this week, last Monday. I don't take a rice [ saved money too. yeay! :) ] . But still need to do some work out right? Itu yang masalah utama. Tak ada teman nak ajak jogging. Pelajar CFS Nilai memang kaki study and laptop je. Aigo~ -.- Siapa nak teman? :D teehee.
